Vacancy (Immediate)

1.0 HR EXECUTIVE
 
Responsibilities:
Familiar with payroll, labour laws, HR practices and procedures.
Responsible for HR management functions, encompassing recruitment, training, industrial relations, employee services and performance management.
To perform daily HR, administrative and general affairs activities.
Assist the Assistance Manager in planning, developing and implementing Human Resources strategies and initiatives
Perform any other related matters and assignment as when required.
 
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management with 2 years of relevant working experience or higher.
Computer literate including UBS Payroll & MS Excel.
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Independent, resourceful, people-oriented, conscientious and assertive.
Possess good organizational and planning skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
   
2.0 RECEPTIONIST
 
Responsibilities:
Attend to all daily incoming and outgoing official telephone calls promptly and courteously, transfer calls accurately to relevant personnel
Greet and attend to guests and visitors at the reception area
Involve in all areas of work related to front line reception, customer service and general administration and ensure the smooth running of the front office reception
To liaise with courier companies for outgoing mails/packages and to dispatch all incoming courier mails/packages to relevant personnel
To maintain and ensure tidiness of the reception area
To perform other general administrative and clerical support when required and any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
 
Requirements:
Minimum SPM Qualification with 2 years experience or Higher Qualification.
Fluency in spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate, proficient in Word, Excel & Power Point.
Pleasant personality
Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills, is confident and comfortable with people at all levels.
A good team player who is also able to work independently and possess high level of motivation and determination.
Have a good attitude, willingness to learn, friendly, resourcefulness, organized & responsible.
